The Daily Exercise that Changed My Life

In any field that you're trying to improve on, or manifest a desired result, attention is required. If you focus enough attention and awareness on anything, it has no choice but to yield to you. In my personal life, I've found that as soon as I started holding myself accountable for anything that I wished to see in my life, it showed itself much quicker and with ease. I've found that I was going to the gym, 6 days a week for 2 years and had little to no results. After I started tracking my workouts and my meals, I even cut down my gym time from 6 days a week to 3, and bam! I started transforming massively.

Even in school life; as soon as I started tracking my progress, all of a sudden, I was becoming a better student. This is where Daily Journaling comes in.
